My wife and I went and saw this when it came out but I am just getting around to writing a review about it now. I really REALLY enjoyed this movie. I am currently reading the books and I can’t wait till I get to this book. There really wasn’t much action in this movie it is a lot of story. I could see some people not liking it for that reason which is a shame to me.
I don’t think this is a kids movie at all, it deals with many young adult type situations as far as a love story goes. The love story wasn’t bad but it was a bit weak and they definitely tried to force it down your throat.
It can get to be a bit to much at times but that I would say would be it’s only fall. The story itself is very powerful and these young actors are really shinning in my opinion. Tom Felton (Malfoy) really shined in this movie I thought and displayed some great acting ability.
This movie definately leaves you wanting more and I can’t wait for the next two films to be released. I became a Harry Potter fan late in the series and now I am hooked. Keep an eye out eventually for some book reviews from me.
I recommend any Harry Potter fan to go see this movie in the theater it definitely a movie that needs to be watched in the theater in my opinion.
